The O KROK ("One Step") project aims to help 50 people with disabilities move from the protected market to the open labor market.

It uses both existing mechanisms and tools based on the Employment Act, as well as an innovative approach through franchising social enterprises among ordinary companies.

The goal of the project is to change the perception of the employment of PWDs on the open labor market and the natural retreat of employers from the replacement mechanism. We also want to treat this change in the legislation of the Czech Republic.
