We have a small artisan roastery, Café Etincelle, in Šumava,
where "Our coffee" is created under the hands of our disabled employees. We buy coffee beans from small farmers in growing countries, especially in Latin America, Africa and Indonesia.
We carefully select the beans, we have also select coffees
in organic and fair trade quality.
100% arabica
We sell coffee from our Šumava roastery under the brand name "Our Coffee". It is 100% Arabica. You can taste it in all of our bistros and cafes,where you can also buy it in vacuum packs of 250g and 1kg.
Our baristas will be happy to recommend a suitable drip coffee or advise on alternative methods of coffee preparation.
